Andrew brings years of campaign, legislative, and operational management experience to Pac/West’s clients. Before his transition to Pac/West, Andrew was a regional director and campaign operative for U.S. Senator Cory Gardner where he directed and executed outreach throughout Colorado. With Sen. Gardner, he covered various issue areas, including transportation and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, public lands and the environment, and agriculture and water. He has overseen legislation and government cooperation from the local, state, and federal levels, including federal funding for the I-25 Gap project and other successful transportation and infrastructure funding efforts.
With Pac/West, Andrew has served as the lead Account Manager for Coloradans for Responsible Energy Development (CRED) and Protect Colorado, giving him the ability to focus on education and messaging with CRED and government and political affairs with Protect Colorado. In 2018, Andrew served as Deputy Campaign Manager for the defeat of anti-oil and gas measure Proposition 112.
Andrew currently serves as the Legislative Director and Board Member of the Colorado State Shooting Association and has previously served as Public Works Commissioner for the Town of Castle Rock.
Andrew played left tackle in college for the University of Northern Colorado Bears football team and continues to enjoy participating in sporting activities.
