Personal Interests: Josh is a diehard Chicago Cubs fan. In his free time he enjoys hiking with his wife and little girl.

Josh Balloch brings to Pac/West years of public affairs and campaign management expertise, as well as extensive experience working with many different organizations and legislators across the state of Oregon.

Josh worked in the Oregon State Treasurer’s Office for Ben Westlund. There he administered a myriad of special projects as the Director of Executive Services for the Office of the Oregon State Treasurer, ranging from expanding financial literacy in the state to managing the capitol office through the 2010 Legislative Session.

Josh has also worked on numerous candidate and ballot measure campaigns, including Westlund’s successful run for State Treasurer. In 2005, he worked in the Oregon Senate Majority Office as outreach coordinator and assistant communications director. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in political science from Oregon State University.
