Cassy Crafton Kramer works from Billings, Montana leading proposal development teams, managing online content and creating Pac/West promotional materials. She joined Pac/West in 2007 after several years working in educational marketing as a writer and project coordinator. In addition to her experience in marketing and communications, Cassy is a community mediator and has studied conflict analysis and engagement at Antioch University McGregor.
Prior to joining Pac/West, Cassy participated in award-winning admissions campaigns for major colleges, universities, and independent schools such as Tufts University, Waldorf School of Baltimore and St. Timothy’s School for Girls. During the course of these projects Cassy worked as part of a team at Neustadt Creative Marketing (NCM) in Baltimore, Maryland to develop communications strategy based on research, such as focus groups, interviews and surveys. She worked with the NCM team and directly with clients to create content for print and Web-based materials, often managing large amounts of complex data.
Additionally, Cassy brings more than seven years administrative, fundraising, and events planning experience in the arts and hospitality fields to Pac/West. She has successfully collaborated with a wide range of individuals and organizations to advance project initiatives-from creative and research partners to university presidents, politicians and CEOs.
Cassy has a B.A. Mass Communications with a minor in Art History.
