Kevin guides innovation at Pac/West in the area of electronic outreach, including Web sites, online databases, social networking sites, video and any other emerging electronic media.

Kevin works with account managers and, often, directly with clients to develop, maintain and enhance Web sites. Kevin also assists account managers in Web content development, including writing, editing, and publishing, enforcing established Web standards, assessing Web strategies for alignment with client goals, training new content authors and serving when needed as liaison between account managers and Web developers.

Although Kevin consults on all new media projects at Pac/West, Kevin’s work for the NECA/IBEW 48, bringing innovative ideas on how to use new Web-based outlets, including social networking services, for direct marketing has been recognized nationally in the Wall Street Journal. Kevin has a B.A. in English from Johnson State University.
